Allergy Care® Barriers are bedding encasements and protective covers designed to create a physical layer between the sleeper and the mattress, pillow, comforter, or other bedding surfaces where dust mite allergens, pet dander, bed bugs, and other common indoor irritants may collect. The line includes microfiber, cotton, and organic cotton fabric options to support different comfort preferences and customer needs.

- Microfiber 2.5 | Complete — Advanced microfiber barrier fabric designed for protection, softness, breathability, and repeated laundering.
- Cotton Pure & Sure 4.8 — Cotton barrier option for the familiar comfort and natural feel of cotton.
- Organic Cotton — Organic cotton barrier option for customers who prefer bedding made with organic cotton.
Microfiber 2.5 | Complete
Microfiber 2.5 | Complete is Allergy Care’s advanced microfiber barrier fabric within the Allergy Care® Barriers line. Engineered with micro-filament textile technology, it is designed to create an effective physical barrier against common bedding irritants such as dust mite allergens, pet dander, and bed bugs without relying on chemical treatments or sacrificial polyurethane coatings.
The tightly woven fabric is designed to combine micro-particle barrier performance with breathability, softness, and a cotton-like feel for everyday sleep comfort.
Microfiber 2.5 | Complete is associated with a 2.5-micron fabric specification.
